Information System Security or Project Management Degree? Which way to go?

I posted a question on the security forum side a few weeks ago but now I need some total direction from where people are in the field. Well, I’m a 28 year old male from the Chicagoland area that just graduated from ITT-Tech back in September with an associate degree in Computer Networking Systems. Now the plan was to go back this term and pursue my bachelor’s continuation in Information System Security. But before I left school I was planning on going into the program for project management. Now I’ve decided to step back for a term to see which way to go. Working on an A+ Certification and MCDST Certification right now to break into a Help Desk/Tier 1 job to start me off.
After reading forums and sites, I see the industry is pulling for more people to also have a business side to them as well. Which program do you think is the right one to continue in with in this industry and that is the best bet.

I have many years of experience in a Tier 1 role , I have a BA in Information Technology with a Business management Minor. I would say you need the business side regardless, but it all depends on what you want to do. The project management would give you the skills to be a project manager for projects in networking. I see getting your BA in ISS would put you more of a technical role, which therefore would inhibit your chance of managing people. So it comes down to "Do you want to lead?" or "Do you want to be led?"
